So it has been a while since we updated (publicly) our progress after returning to 25 man raiding at the end of January this year.
As you can see from the screenshot we took down one of the harder bosses in Heroic 25 Man Siege of Orgrimmar, Malkorok is seen as a gateway boss to the hardest encounters of this expansion. This takes us up to 9/14 and we hope to keep up the momentum on the remaining five.

Unfortunately this meant that only a few of us were able to take part, it was decided (by Tvar) that we would run Diablo 3 in hardcore mode. Beautifully timed and all was the release of Reaper of Souls, not only has this brought with it a resurgence of...
BOON Control, the guild and gaming community was born way back in 2005, through a merger of two like minded Warcraft guilds "Pest Control" & "The Fellowship of the BOON", to form a new bigger guild BOON Control in preparation for Molten Core and 40 man raiding.

When not entrenched in PvP the BOON Officers and members progressed steadily through Vanilla and TBC. TBC was truly a golden age for the guild with a strong sense of community its battle hardened members fought through raids from Karazan to Black Temple, culminating with the defeat of Illidan himself.
From our humble beginnings on Daggerspine, through the glorious years on Kazzak, we have picked up many heroic minded raiders, goal driven and compelled to be the best <insert tacky military quote...
